MoistScan® MA-600SS Single Sensor Moisture Analyzer
General Description
The MoistScan® MA-600SS moisture sensor was designed to alleviate the
problems associated with highly attenuating material and extremebed
depth ranges. The unique design of the MA-600SS uses a single
microwave sensor that penetrates using a half sphere of
approximately 20cm radius. The MoistScan® MA-600SS utilizes the
latest updates in Callidan’s patented microwave technology. By
closely monitoring both phase & attenuation changes within the
analysis zone accurate predictions in moisture content can be
determined. The installation fo the sensor is simple. The MA-600SS
can also be configured to provide control of external devices such
as analogue or digital valves which control water addtion or feed
rates. Callidan have the expertise required to design a customized
solution for your requirements. The MA-600SS can be “pre-calibrated”
providing the client can send a 10 Litre sample to Callidan’s
calibration facility.
