Microwave is the ideal technology for real time monitoring of product
moisture.
At the heart of Callidan’s success is its MoistScan® patented microwave
moisture measurement technique.
Like other microwave technologies, MoistScan® measures changes in the
strength (attenuation) and velocity (phase shift) of the microwave signal
caused by the presence of moisture in the material being analyzed.
Unlike other microwave technologies, MoistScan® uses proprietary
software and a unique microwave measurement methodology that minimizes
sources of error and maximizes precision, accuracy and repeatability.
